The coronavirus, which affected the whole world, threatened not only our physical health, but also our spiritual and mental health. In a study conducted in England, it was revealed that 41 percent of patients who survived Covid-19 also had a stress disorder. It is said that this disease, which is frequently seen in people who have survived the treatment process, will remain for many years if it cannot be treated. Expressing that the increase in stress and anxiety during the pandemic period brings with it many psychological problems, Subconscious Specialist Lily Lale Yılmaz said, “The stress disorder we often see in people who have survived the coronavirus treatment, and the anxiety and stress situation in people who do not have coronavirus negatively affect our lives. This situation causes tension, distraction and loss of attention in people. However, erasing negative thoughts, especially “fear”, that penetrate our subconscious, is the easiest solution to overcome this problem,” he said.
In a study conducted in England, 41 percent of people who survived the coronavirus were found to have stress disorder. This process, in which we were also affected spiritually and emotionally, showed that it affected people psychologically as well. The fact that the coronavirus caused many deaths caused fear. Therefore, the Subconscious Specialist Lily Lale Yılmaz, who emphasizes the need for support, especially for those who have caught the coronavirus, said, “The entry of the coronavirus into our lives has created fears in our subconscious. Many negative emotions that we expressed or could not express brought about problems such as stress, anxiety, fear, sleep disorder. The first way to deal with stress disorder is to get people to take control. We aim and realize the person to think more healthily by clearing negative thoughts after going down to their subconscious. We can apply it to both children and adults,” he said.
Fear is the Head of Everything!
Stress disorder, which occurs after traumatic events, is based on the feeling of fear that people create in their subconscious. The feeling of stress in the mind and body after trauma also causes fatigue and reluctance. Stating that the starting point of this situation, which can be experienced by people of all ages, is the subconscious, Yılmaz said, “People with stress disorder can no longer maintain their lives as before. They are not able to work energetically because they have suffered great losses, they have difficulty remembering things and concentrating on their work. Some of the emotional pain and heart palpitations in the physical body caused by this lack of energy, the body starts to work outside its normal rhythm. Due to the coronavirus epidemic, other negative emotions, especially the fear of the future and death that we add to ourselves, can cause deviations from our body and our routine. By cleaning the subconscious, we get rid of our negative emotion patterns and then we live a life-long happy life with the positive emotions we load.
