Acne scars are ailments that push patients to seek solutions, both physically and mentally. Skin resurfacing with Er:YAG laser is an effective and safe treatment method in the treatment of acne scars. Laser peeling has become a popular treatment method for patients with wrinkles, photoaging and acne scarring in recent years. Thanks to this method, the skin is peeled off layer by layer by evaporation. In addition, the heating of the tissue causes the collagen to shrink, thus reducing wrinkles and acne scars. Skin peeling is the process of peeling the epidermis and upper dermis by protecting the skin appendages (sebaceous glands, hair follicles and sweat gland ducts). This process allows the regeneration of the skin and also increases the production of collagen.
Fractional Laser
In the fractional laser, high energy is fractionated, that is, divided and transmitted to the subcutaneous tissue in the form of microscopic columns, and natural wound healing is accelerated due to the heat it creates in this area. Collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid synthesis is triggered, and new and healthy tissue is formed. While the tissue is repaired, the skin is tightened and tightened, resulting in a younger and more vibrant appearance.
What is the Difference of Fractional Laser from Other Laser Systems?

Fractional Erbium-Yag Laser (MCL 30 Dermablate model of German Asclepion Company is used in our center)
The Erbium-Yag laser is a laser that provides safe, controllable tissue ablation. The wavelength of this laser can be absorbed 13 times faster than the CO2 laser beam. Since this allows the water in the tissue to evaporate very quickly, the damage does not remain on the skin continuously and does not cause non-specific heat damage. It provides a controlled peeling of the upper layer of the skin and makes the aged, damaged skin surface new and smooth.
