A healthy waist should be strong, mobile and painless.

We can have a healthy waist only by following certain rules.

– Keep your back and lower back straight.

– Poor posture; It increases the hump on the back and the inward collapse of the waist.

– Change positions frequently.

– Take special care to maintain the normal curvature of the waist.

– Divide the loads you will carry equally on both hands.

– Plan your moves ahead.

– Don’t be a cheap hero, ask for help.

– Do not bend over when picking something off the ground, bend your knees and squat.

– Lift the load with your legs, not your waist.

– Keep the weight as close to your body and above your waist as possible.

– If you must turn, turn with your body, not with your waist.

– Do not pull, push or lift heavy objects.

– Sit properly in the seat.

– If necessary, reinforce your waist with a pillow that fits your waist curve.

– While sitting, keep the back straight and lean back.

– Prefer hard and orthopedic mattresses when lying down.

– It is not right to lie on the ground and wood only.

– Do not stretch your legs while lying down.

– A small pillow placed under your calves will make you comfortable while lying on your back.

– Watch your weight, eat a balanced diet.

– Do not smoke.

– Reduce your daily tensions and stresses

– Exercise regularly and daily.

-Brisk walking, swimming and jogging are ideal sports for you.
