Looking at herself in the mirror one morning, the Spine Fairy realizes that her back is bent. No one can tell him why, even if he asks all his friends! Finally knowing the answer, Dr. Bone uses a word he’s never heard before: scoliosis! Thus begins the fairy tale we wrote to help our youngest patients understand scoliosis. We evaluate different aspects of daily life (friends, school, sports activities…) together with questions such as what it is, how it is treated, why a corset. The booklet, which is prepared using a simple language that children can understand, has many pages to color with coloring.
