-The rash is mostly on the back and unilateral. Five days after the lesions appear, they begin to dry and peel off.
-Zone can spread. If it spreads, the lesions last for more than two weeks.
-In such cases, the underlying immunological defect or malignancy should be investigated in the patient.
-Zoster infection usually leaves immunity.
-Recurrent infection occurs less than 4%.
Although it heals without any symptoms in most patients, some patients may have a scar on the skin. However, post-herpes nerve pain can last for months or years, especially in the elderly.
Acupuncture relieves the acute pain of the patient with its pain-relieving effect and provides relief for the patient first. Acupuncture treatment also supports the person’s resistance mechanism and shortens the recovery period, thus performing the treatment.
