Cloaca exstrophy is the most severe of the structural defects of the genitourinary system and anterior abdominal wall. Omphalocele is associated with bowel and bladder exstrophy, anal atresia. The penis is often episapdyas, widely separated by the pubic arms, with an undescended testis. In girls, the clitoris is separated and there are often double vagina and uterus anomalies.
