Depression is a concept that we are very familiar with in everyday language. We hear the phrase “I’m depressed these days” at least once a day, almost every day. Because we are so familiar, we often fall into the illusion that we know everything about depression. Because the more we are exposed to something, the more we embrace it. Since the infrastructure is not solid, we may experience confusion about this concept. Do we get depressed every time we are bored? Is everyone who is sad depressed? What is this unspoken depression?

Depression is one of the mood disorders, it has many symptoms such as being constantly sad, not enjoying life, feeling tired and weak, and low self-concept.
