RULES OF HEALTHY LIFE
Babies of unrelated, non-congenital healthy parents are born healthy in general. However, individuals who are deprived of modern education, a balanced diet and do not do sports lose their healthy characteristics over time as they get older. This is why we often have to endure the sadness of losing our precious people at a young age. However, the average age in developed countries is now climbing to the 90s. Unfortunately, in our country, one person dies of a heart attack every 3 minutes.
There are two ways that lead us to a healthy life:
1- Eating a balanced diet, avoiding cigarettes and alcoholic beverages,
2- Doing regular sports outdoors,
I will try to explain the basic rules of healthy eating and walking, which is a sport that you can easily practice anytime and anywhere, and the topics that have practical value for a Peaceful and Happy Life.
Walking: Although more than half of the people in developed countries do this sport, unfortunately, there are very few people who prefer walking in our country.
Walking is a very useful sport. Because while walking, our whole body is trained from head to toe. This sport, which has an incalculable contribution to a healthy life, has not only physical but also mental benefits. In societies that give importance to sports and especially walking, associations related to heart, cardiovascular, lung, joint, sports and pediatric diseases constantly warn the public and constantly emphasize the importance of walking and a balanced diet.
The whole body of a walking person, from his lungs to his legs, from his back to his brain, is in motion. Excess static electrical energy collected in the body is also removed from the body by walking and grounding. The most valid method to melt the harmful fats collected in the body is walking and doing sports. People who complain of pain in the lower back regions are also advised to do walking sports.
It is a scientific fact that 94% of toddlers out of 192 people who are constantly suffering from back pain have reduced pain. It has been determined that the majority of these patients’ lower back muscles are strengthened, they can move more easily and their bodies become more flexible.
It is also a fact that people who walk 3 km a day 4 times a week have reduced back pain and nervous tension to a great extent.
A regular walk strengthens the muscles of the heart, reduces the workload and prolongs the rest period. In this respect, walking is very useful, especially for those who suffer from cardiovascular diseases. Because all body cells of walkers benefit more from the oxygen of the air.
The platelets (blood cells that play a role in blood coagulation) in the blood of those who do this sport cannot form clusters by sticking to each other and thus the vessels are not blocked. In people who make walking sports a habit; It is a scientifically determined fact that heart attacks decrease, blood flow rate becomes easier, and cholesterol and triglyceride levels in their blood decrease (with a healthy diet). Studies have been conducted on people aged 30-49, and it has been determined that heart diseases are much less common in people who walk 45-60 minutes a day, five times a week.
Walking keeps Hypertension (high blood pressure) under control by pulling it down. The blood pressure of those with mild or moderate hypertension drops to normal a few weeks after they start walking. There is an improvement of 20-25% in patients with hypertension who do walking. In fact, it should be taken into account that all synthetic drugs taken cause side effects and incompatibilities in the body.
The bones and skeletal system, spine and joints of those who start walking begin to get stronger. This is especially useful for post-menopausal women and men in Andropause. In the treatment of osteoporosis (the spongy shape of the bone) seen in this period, walking together with drugs accelerates the recovery.
The molecule that we call ENDORFIN (a molecule that is 10 times stronger than morphine and produced and secreted by our brain), which eliminates aches and pains in the brains of walkers, increases, thereby improving people’s creative abilities. Body exercises and walking also relieve anxiety and fears
For a healthy life,
1- Stay away from noise and stressful places,
2- Take a lot of walking,
3- Sea if possible Walk on the edge, Swim It is a proven fact that the sport of swimming has great benefits on health.
4- Calm, Clean, Walks and Walks by the Water, Have a Picnic,
5- Live away from Alcohol, Cigarettes and Drugs,
6- Love Life and People,
7- Negative, Negative, Remove pessimistic people from your life,
8- Be sure to listen to music every day,
9- Always think positively, Be calm, Do not rush (Remember that THE MOST CRITICAL MOMENT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TO BE CLEAN)

11- Never despair, get professional help from a physician when you fall into despair.
12- Don’t believe what non-physician people say on TV, don’t diagnose your own disease and don’t use medication without the doctor’s control,
13- Drink plenty of clean, limeless water,
14- Don’t interrupt your sleep If possible, sleep at least 8 hours a day, (Remember that the best way to rest is sleep.)
15- Get away from the events and people that make you tense and distressing in your daily life and on TV,
16- Always stay calm, you are bored. Take a deep breath and you will see that you are relaxed.
17- Positive, Uplifting, Watch the knees – Read books, Get away from pessimistic, Bad, Dangerous places immediately,
18- Be constructive, Smile and live your life in a Happy, Peaceful way. (Remember that you cannot buy Happiness and Peace with money.)
Now I will talk about nutrition and facts. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits, eggs are a good source of nutrients. It is a very good and cheap food, especially for children and young people in the growing age. But, especially after the age of 40, reduce the eggs to 1 or 2 per week. (Remember that there is about 200 mg of cholesterol in the yolk of the egg). Eat chicken, eat lots of fish. If possible, eat the fish grilled. Consume red meat as little as possible and do not eat especially the parts of meat fat. Do not use butter, margarine and other solid fats (which are saturated fats and very very dangerous for the heart) if possible. Stay away from fries. Prefer boiling and grilling. If possible, do not use the vegetable oil you use in the fryer more than 3 times. Consume olive oil. Make sure to have green plants on your table. Do not use animal oil, if possible, do not even bring it into your home.
