Therefore, we should exercise regularly to maintain our range of motion, spinal flexibility, bone and muscle strength. We need to add movement to our lives.

In addition to doing aerobic sports, we can also do sports without spending extra time, with changes such as parking our car in remote parking lots and walking, getting off 1-2 stops early from our destination in public transportation, getting on after 1-2 stops, not using the elevator.
