Being a social being is one of the consequences of being angry sometimes. Sometimes we get angry at our parents, siblings, friends, teachers, relatives, those we live in the same society, and even ourselves. As bad as it may sound to be angry, it is natural. We should not forget that we are not angels and that we have such traits so that we do not blame ourselves for these feelings. What matters is how we reveal and reflect this emotion. As children, we watch and record who reacts to what and how. When it’s our turn, we put what we know into practice. In this respect, the first thing to do is to examine what family members do with their own anger and offer positive role models for children. It will be better to use open communication and encourage the child to talk about the reasons behind his or her feelings, rather than preventing the child from projecting their anger and threatening them.

“I saw an angel stuck in the marble and carved it until I set it free.” said Michelango Buonarroti. According to him, ideal shapes are hidden inside the marble and the important thing is to see and release the ideal shapes, to get rid of the excess and useless pieces of stone. The Michelangelo Effect reflects Michelangelo’s approach to art through human relations; It means that people in close relationships can see inside each other, reveal the potential in their partners, and shape their ideal selves.

Psychotherapy cannot bring back our lost childhood. Approaches such as erasing your memory and clearing your subconscious in a single session are an attitude that mental health professionals will not display and bring along ethical violations. Psychotherapy cannot change the facts of the past, the irreversible. It is impossible to heal wounds with the help of such illusions.

5 LOVE LANGUAGES Famous Author Gary Chapman said about love: “In the final scene of the Humanity play, you will have three characters, which are faith, hope and love. But the most important of these is love.” Having love and living with love are definitely one of the most important factors that make people happier. Gary Chapman wrote the book “The 5 Love Languages” in 1922. In this book, he explained that love has different languages and that not every person speaks the same love language. Although speaking different languages may seem challenging at first glance, on the contrary, it is a factor that keeps the relationship dynamics intact. Your relationships will be solidified, especially if you discover that you and your loved one can act in different languages.
