This period is a period in which the mother’s body limits are pushed to the end, her metabolism, hormonal and spiritual balance changes completely, her needs are greatly increased and she needs all kinds of mental and physical support. During this period, the mother’s inner peace, regular physical activities that are not too heavy but not completely inactive will positively affect the health of the mother during birth and her child afterwards. These exercises can take the form of walking for one hour daily in a quiet environment, swimming if possible, or appropriate exercise programs in the gym. The twenties are also the age at which mothers become mothers to a large extent, and are the periods when mothers who both work and breastfeed experience general fatigue, insomnia and spinal pain intensely. In this period, it may be recommended that the mother not work actively for 3-6 months or work at low intensity for both the care of her baby and her own health.

With the thirties, a relatively stable life, pregnancies and nutritional habits begin to increase in weight. With this increase, strains in the joints, spine and muscles, fatigue quickly, and sometimes chronic pain involving certain muscle groups occur. Weight gain and a sedentary life, sometimes on the contrary, the woman who works both at work and at home, and takes care of children and her husband, is now very tired and the body limits are forced. An overexerted, tired body, stress triggers or causes the emergence of waist and neck hernias. Pain that lasts longer than six months, comes intermittently, and hits the legs or arms may be a sign of a hernia in the spine. Detection of this is possible with examination and, if necessary, further examinations. However, what is more important is to be kind to our body, to give it the time it needs to rest without battering it, and to do the necessary checks on time.

With the forties, degenerative processes in the spine and other joints begin to come to the fore, with the effect of many factors such as hormonal changes in the body, diseases, weight and genetic structure of the body. Problems with weight now show their first symptoms as systemic diseases, such as narrowing of the spine, hernias, musculoskeletal diseases such as degenerative diseases in the knees. Their follow-up is possible with regular examinations and triggers. From the beginning of the hormonal change, under normal conditions, annual bone density measurement and, if necessary, drug treatment will play a protective role for the following years.

Fifty years and later are the ages when some kind of products are gathered about how well and consciously we behave to our body until this time. Life style, nutritional habits, number of pregnancies, weight, systemic diseases, if any, in the previous life of the woman affect and determine our health in this period. Bone resorption and degenerative diseases become more evident during this period and may sometimes require surgical treatment.

A lifestyle that takes time to rest for oneself both physically and mentally, takes care of a balanced and natural diet, maintains an ideal weight, and leads a physically and mentally active and active life as much as possible, away from cigarettes will give you a better life for many years.
