MUCH TEA CONSUMPTION INCREASE BP

We cannot say that tea consumption is completely pure. What is essential for us is the measure of tea consumption. Consuming a lot of tea causes a health problem called anemia, as it will prevent the absorption of iron in the body due to the ‘tannins’ it contains. In addition, caffeine in its content can increase blood pressure due to excessive tea consumption and cause tachycardia in individuals. It also triggers water loss when consumed too much.

GREEN TEA IS SAID TO BE HEALTHIER

While black tea contains a large amount of tannin and caffeine, green tea has a high concentration of anticarcinogenic elements called polyphenols. Although green tea contains polyphenols that are effective for cancer cells, there are publications stating that it should not be drunk more than 5 glasses a day.

IF YOU DRINK MORE THAN FIVE GLASSES A DAY…

It has been reported that excessive consumption causes an increase in blood pressure. Both teas contain caffeine, but the caffeine content in green tea is lower. Black tea also has antioxidant properties like green tea, but because black tea undergoes more processing, the amount of antioxidants is less. It is recommended that the consumption of black tea should not exceed five tea glasses a day. It is recommended that herbal teas do not exceed three glasses.
