In order for this examination to be successful and sufficient, the large intestine should be cleaned of stool with some drugs. Gastroscopic examination can be performed on the day of the examination if the patient is hungry for 8-10 hours, but the patient is given an appointment 3-4 days later for the colonoscopic examination. During this time, the patient is advised not to eat certain foods for the success of the examination. The night before the examination, it is recommended to drink the medicine prescribed for bowel cleansing. The next morning, an additional ready-made enema is made for the cleaning of the large intestine, especially the last part.
