Intermittent Fasting Effects of diet on the body;

  • It accelerates the metabolism,
  • Provides weight loss (especially fat loss),

  • Provides normal blood sugar level and normal insulin level for Type 2 Diabetes,

Matters needing attention;

  • Constantly eating and drinking something within 8 hours of consumption is not recommended for the balance of insulin level.
  • Unsweetened/Non-Milk Tea, coffee and mineral water consumption is allowed (in amounts within the health limits).
  • Not loading up on carbohydrates in meals will prolong the hunger time.
