Individuals who follow a daily diet that includes vegetables, fruits, legumes, bread, oilseeds, meat and dairy in appropriate amounts, become people who look healthy in their daily lives, who wake up energetic and happy in the morning.

According to this pyramid, the foods that should be in our daily diet are listed from long to low. In addition to nutritional needs, WHO has included training in this pyramid to emphasize the importance of physical activity. As a result, people who expect a healthy and high-quality life should consume the food clusters at the rates in this pyramid in a stable manner and devote a part of their daily life to physical activity.
