Alas, I’m Back from Vacation
Summer time has come and everyone is having a peaceful and satisfied holiday. Presumably, you got rid of your excess weight to look fit this holiday and you had to continue to eat healthy while on vacation. However, the sea made you hungry, you couldn’t stand the open buffet, you said let’s eat your famous dessert while you’re here, and you exceeded the portion control and calories. The time has passed, the holiday is over, you came to your home and even though you were afraid of being on the scale, you found yourself on the scale. What weight have I gained!!!
‘It’s me!’ If so, this article is for you. Tips you can use to quickly lose the weight you gained after your vacation:
Put your eating pattern back on vacation,
eat 3 main meals, morning-lunch-evening.
Breakfast
- Boiled egg (1 tsp olive oil if it gets hot)+
- Parsley +
- Dill +
- Green Onion +
- Consume with lemon in the form of salad
- Meet your protein needs with cheese.
Eggs will help you stay full. Do this for at least 2 weeks after returning from vacation.
Back to herbal teas. I know you neglected a lot on vacation, you even turned to sugary and alcoholic drinks. Do not neglect the consumption of 3 herbal teas a day, definitely 1 cup in the middle meals.
For the first week, be fed with vegetables! You can make a fit main meal by baking your favorite vegetables with very little fat, adding ice-cold yogurt and some paprika to it. At this point, salads will come to your rescue, and a protein source (without exaggerating the size of cheese, legumes, tuna fish and chicken) that you add to your salads can be your savior. Don’t forget to add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to your salads if it will replace the main meal.
Consume detox drinks. You can consume detox drinks that are not high in calories but high in vegetables instead of the main meal. However, my advice to you is to spend 3 days while consuming detox drinks, you may lose fluid and electrolytes because you have edema. Here’s your definition of a magic detox drink that you can consume for breakfast after your vacation:
Green detox magic
- 1 green apple
- A pinch of arugula
- A pinch parsley
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 pinky ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
