  • It is a dessert with high nutritional cost.

  • It is a more nutritious choice compared to other desserts.
  • Calorie cost is lower than other pastry desserts made from flour and sugar.
  • 100 g milk ice cream contains about 190 calories. A regular cone is about 20 calories.
  • If you value weight control a lot, you can choose light ice creams. This way, you make a much lower calorie choice with reduced fat and sugar. However, if you add hazelnut, peanut, cream, chocolate sauce on it just because I consume light ice cream, you will increase its calories by at least 75-100 calories.
  • If you eat enough and consistently and give the necessary importance to training, there is no problem in consuming ice cream. It can be added to the daily diet 2-3 times a week.

2 scoops of light ice cream= 1 portion of fruit

3 scoops of regular ice cream = 1 slice of bread + 1 glass of milk + 1 portion of fruit.
