We have 2 different therapy approaches for panic attack therapy.

The first is intensified therapy.

We take an average of 1 day of intensified therapy for those who have panic attacks who can come to us in moderate panic attack cases that are not very severe. This therapy consists of 5 hours of therapy. In this therapy, first of all, cognitive awareness studies are applied to you about the panic attack problem you are experiencing. In other words, awareness about the physiological symptoms that frighten you is created. Because man is the enemy of what he does not know, and he is afraid of what he does not know. subconscious techniques and emotional discharge techniques are taught. You apply what you have learned at home. With this method, you can overcome the panic attack in a short time.

In our second therapy method, we apply intensified therapy again. We take an average of 2 days of intensified therapy for those who have panic attacks who can come to us in moderate panic attack cases that are not very severe. In this therapy, we apply 10 hours of therapy.

We apply therapy for 5 hours in one day and 5 hours in the second day. In this method, we apply intensive therapy. We do not apply only one technique in this therapy. You cannot eliminate a panic attack with one technique. Because panic attack has a thought dimension, an emotional dimension, a physiological tension dimension, a traumatic event dimension, and behavioral links related to past life. It has many sub-dimensions. We use a combined therapy. We apply behavioral therapies, cognitive therapies, emotional release techniques, hyt (hypnotic restructuring) technique, subconscious techniques. We make applications to clear your past traumatic memories. We both practice and teach you how to apply when you go home. So our approach is not to give our clients fish, but to teach them how to fish. We teach you how to solve your own problems. Because you can’t call us every time you have a problem. We teach you to stand on your own feet. With these combined therapies. It takes at most 2 days. When you go home, you continue your life in peace.

Panic attacks are not an insoluble problem. Every problem has an absolute solution. You receive medication, you can try different approaches. There are no restrictions in our therapy process.
