self-compassion

by clinic

How exhausting oneself is, right? From that voice to that voice in our head, from that comment to another, from one self-blame to another interpretation that feels inadequate, to peace once in a while, then to stress again…

It’s almost like we’re on a never-ending high-speed train ride. Our minds use the train, and we drift along, unaware of the beauty of the scenery we pass along the route. Because we never stopped this train, because we didn’t manage it, and because we took it too seriously, because we believed in all these comments, voices, and every single one of them, we get weak, sick and tired…

We forget what is important, we miss it…

We have this moment, only this moment… Let the mind try to calculate as much as it wants, there is only this moment… do you want to poison this moment for yourself or do you want to entitle yourself to peace?

The true nature of our existence is peace…

We need to remind ourselves of this nature again.

we need to stop, take a break, remember that our breath is the only reality of the moment, rest, indulge, spread out.

The resistance within us deserves to be approached with a high level of attention and compassion.

You can start like this..

Take a deep and compassionate breath and as you exhale:

“I see the part in me that resists and fears healing, I realize it, and I choose to be liberated from it. I am allowed to be free from my resistance, to develop a new perspective, I am allowed to receive support. I am allowed to heal.” you can say.

Don’t forget…

Healing is a matter of surrender and letting go 🙂
