Different emotions are experienced during the earthquake
Noting that many different emotions were experienced during the earthquake, Assoc. Dr. Onur Noyan said, “Some of them have very bad feelings, some of them continue their lives with different emotions or neutral emotions, giving themselves completely to the news about the earthquake as if nothing had happened. The situation of addicted individuals in this process is very important.”

Stating that addictive behavior is actually a behavior that is done in order to change a negative emotional state in the inner world, Assoc. Dr. Onur Noyan said, “It is predicted that individuals who suppress their negative emotions during the earthquake will increase their desire to use drugs or alcohol, especially one month after the earthquake.
