Fatty liver is a liver disease that occurs due to the accumulation of excess fat in the liver cells. As the degree of this lubrication increases, inflammation begins to occur in the liver and there is a decrease in organ functions.
Causes of Fatty Liver: Obesity, alcohol and cigarette use, some medications that are used constantly, sedentary life, irregular diet, high cholesterol, pregnancy are some of the causes of fatty liver.
It is observed that many people lose fat with dietary changes and weight loss. Recommendations for this:
Packaged and ready-to-eat foods should be strictly avoided. Fried products should be avoided. Consumption of offal, fatty foods, chicken skin and delicatessen products such as salami, sausages and sausage should be avoided. Alcohol should not be consumed. Consumption of fibrous foods such as vegetables and fruits should be increased. Especially artichoke and celery should be preferred. Intensive carbohydrate and simple sugar consumption should be reduced. Regular exercise should become a part of life. At least 150 minutes of walking per week is recommended.
