All of the techniques and methods that enable the person to change and transform their feelings, thoughts and behaviors, to get to know themselves, to resolve their inner conflicts, to reduce the anxiety arising from these conflicts, and to mature their relations with themselves and others, in the company of a psychotherapist who has completed their training, are called psychotherapy. In short, psychotherapy aims to restore the mental balance of the person, which is deteriorated due to mental problems.

“It describes the predestination of the events that happen to everyone in accordance with their destiny.” But it marks destiny, and the rules of destiny can never be changed. Destiny, on the other hand, is the position taken against negative experiences and life in the past with psychotherapy.

The aim of psychotherapy includes raising the unconscious to the level of consciousness, expressing the unexpressed, safely making sense of the permanent traces left on us by our traumatic experiences, and integrating our feelings and thoughts.

The psychotherapy process opens the door to compassion, respect, love and compassion for oneself and to establish mature relationships with others.
