Formula of healthy and permanent weight loss

by clinic

Today, there are many people who have weight problems. While some of these people have more than their actual body weight, others are not satisfied with their body weight due to the “thin” body perception caused by external factors. For this reason, people around us often say “I’m on a diet, I’m on this diet, etc. ‘We hear things.

In order to lose weight, we need to spend more energy than we get with food. This expenditure is provided by our basal metabolic rate and daily physical activities. The larger the gap between what we receive and what we spend, the faster the conclusion can be reached. However, widening this difference can pose a health risk. If we do not get the nutrients we need, vitamin and mineral deficiencies can be seen in the body after a while and may cause various diseases. In addition, the sustainability of rapidly lost weight in a short time is also very controversial. There is a lot of scientific research on how fast and excess weight, which is usually given by shock diets, is regained quickly and more. For this reason, individuals who really want to lose weight should accept that this requires a process and should take the right nutrients in sufficient amounts with stability and take steps towards their goals.

Social media can inevitably cause bodily perception in most of us. Advertisements, many people’s social media profiles are moving forward with the perception of “perfect body”. This settles in the subconscious of most of us and we exclude individuals who do not fit this perception, perhaps ourselves, from the group, and leave them alone. In addition, when we see the advertisements of “He lost 3 kilos in 1 week, 10 kilos per month, etc.”, we hope to take advantage of them. It should be noted that these advertisements are not realistic in the scientific world. Can 3 kilos lost on the scale in 1 week really be 3 kilos, or is it excess water removed from the body? Or, when a person who lost 3 kilos in a week is weighed again after 1 month, does he maintain the weight he lost or has he regained it? In our opinion, the answers to these questions are more important than 3 kilos lost in a week. Of course, everyone wants to get rid of all their excess in 1 month, but let’s think the opposite, we do not gain these weights in 1 day or 1 week, our weight gain also requires a process like losing. Taking a little more of the nutrients we need every day will reflect us as weight gain at the end of 1 month, as well as a real and permanent weight loss at the end of 1 month by taking a little less every day.

Faith, consciousness, process. We must continue on our path with high will, believing in ourselves, learning and doing the right thing, and accepting that it is a process. Finally, an important point to remember is that no one needs to have a perfect body, everyone needs to have a healthy body weight for their own health.
